About Us

Hi! I am a mama of three little sweeties, ages 6, 4 & 2. My journey with these children has been the biggest blessing and, at the same time, one of the most challenging learning experiences I have ever had.

They are beautiful, loving, bright shining stars in my life, and still there have been times where I wondered how I was supposed to...
...be fully present and unconditionally loving while completely maxed out…
...drag myself back from the edge after months of sleep deprivation…
...deal with two (or three!) having tantrums at the same time…
...keep two sweet little beings from clobbering each other...

And more! Basically, I wanted to know...how could I truly ENJOY this most precious time of my kids’ lives (and mine) and not just survive it?

Does any of this sound familiar to you? As I talked with other parents, I saw again and again how so many of them shared the same challenges, even if we were very different in lots of ways. Just like teething (a physical issue), there were emotional issues that seemed to predictably pop up in families with babies and/or young children. I needed help, and others did, too!

I was raised using flower essences, and had been researching and working with them actively for healing throughout my adult life. In the middle of “survival mode” in my parenting role, I realized I had forgotten to use the knowledge and resources that I already had. Of course, in my sleep deprivation I forgot things on an hourly basis so it was no big surprise! However, this realization motivated me to eventually come up with the formulas you can now find here. I and my kids use them ourselves, and I only wish I had come up with them sooner. I hope that they help you and your family, too!
